Melt butter in skillet. Add onion, garlic, mushrooms. saute until onion is soft. Set aside. Add tenderloin and 1/2 T of butter to skillet. and sprinkle with salt. Stir in flour and gradually stir in beef broth and sour cream. Cook until thickened. Add mushroom, onion mixture, worcestershire and soy sauce. Bake uncovered in casserole for 30 minutes.
