How Do I Make French Dip Crescent Rolls?

Here is how you make French Dip Crescent Rolls:

1) In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring.2) Add the white wine and deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits on the bottom. Add the Worcestershire sauce and cook for another minute, stirring. Add beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heart and simmer for 30 minutes.3) Preheat oven to 375 F. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles along the perforations. Divide the roast beef slices evenly between the crescents.4) For each roll, lay the roast beef slices on the wide end of the triangle, folding to fit. Top with a piece of cheese and then roll up, starting at the wider end. Arrage on baking sheets and bake for 11-13 minutes, until lightly browned.5) Once sauce has finished simmering, strain and return to pot (optional). Add the flour and simmer for 5 minutes.
