What Are The Ingredients For Chinese Fried Noodles Recipe?

The ingredients for Chinese Fried Noodles are:

1 lb package chow mein noodles (steamed egg noodles)
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp + 2 tsp oil
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 lb fresh bean sprouts (wash & take out shells)
6 slices pepperoni sandwich meat (or other sausage)
about 1/4 c. soy sauce

Here is how you make Chinese Fried Noodles:

1. Put egg noodles in hot water for 2 min., or until softened. Drain noodles, and set aside.2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pot. Add eggs, cook in hot oil until firm. Set aside.3. Heat 2 tsp oil over medium heat. Cook and stir onions in oil for 2-3 min.4. Put noodles in pot and mix with onions and bean sprouts. Add soy sauce and stir for 5 min. over medium heat, turning regularly. Mix thoroughly.5. Add sliced meat and eggs, mix well, for another 2-3 minutes.Serving Size:?Makes 3 huge servings!
