Tamari gluten free soy sauce 3 TBLS. fresh chopped parsley 1 - 16 oz. box Mueller's Corkscrew pasta How Do I Make Kicked up goulash?Here is how you make Kicked up goulash: Fill large stock pot with water, bring to boil, salt and pour in pasta to cook to al dente.Brown meat and drain. Add to pan, carrots, onions, garlic, celery along with all the spices, ketchup and soy sauce, saute on low for about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, canned tomatoes and 1 cup of chicken stock - cook till carrots are tender, then add frozen peas. At this point, if goulash looks a bit dry, add more chicken stock as mixture should be very juicy before adding pasta (pasta will soak up the sauce).
