Add a little water if needed to keep from sticking. Add paprika, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and bring to simmer. Stir or whisk flour into broth and add that. Bring to simmer again and cook til it begins to thicken.Add beer and simmer a few minutes.Drain pasta and add to pan.
