1. In skillet over med high heat, brown hamburger, onion, red bell pepper, and garlic until hamburger is cooked through. Add all spices.2. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and 1 cup water, worchestire sauce (1 tsp) and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.3. Remove from heat and add one box of elbow noodles.4.
