Here is how you make Edna's Goulash:

Cook macaroni according to directions on box and drain thoroughly. Saute the oninon and celery slowly in a large pan or Dutch oven with the oil. Brown ground beef, drain off grease and add to onion/celery mixture. Then thoroughly stir in rest of the ingredients on low heat to prevent burning for about 10-12 minutes. Then add the amount of macaroni you desire and cook on low a few minutes longer until well blended. Serving Size:?Makes thirteen 1 cup servings
