Flour 1 Medium Onion 1 Stick Butter How Do I Make Sakai Goulash?Here is how you make Sakai Goulash: Chop onions and in large pot saute in butter. Cut up pork into bite size pieces. Brown pork tenderloin once onions are transparent. Once pork is browned, cover with water and continue to cook. After about 2 hours of cooking or when pork is completely cooked, add in cream of mushroom soup and continue to cook. While this is cooking take sour cream and flour and mix it in a bowl. Slowly add the pork mixture to sour cream mix getting it to a warm consistance so that when it is incorporate it in the pork mixture it will not curdle and leave big chunks of the sour cream mixture but blend evenly. Once the sour cream mixture is incorporated, take the sauerkraut and drain and rinse it. Squeeze out as much of the juice as possible. Put the sauerkraut into the pork mixture. Cook to heat up the sauerkraut. This should only take a few minutes.
