2 T Balsamic Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar
2 T Olive Oil

Here is how you make Amazing Yankee Potroast with Healthy Gravy:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In large dutch oven, heat olive oil and add both onions and rump roast. Sprinkle pepper over each side of roast and move roast around until every side is browned.In the meantime, mix onion soup mix, your vinegar of choice and 32oz of beef broth until soup mix is blended. When roast is done browning, pour broth mixture into the dutch oven and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and place in oven for 2 hours.Before 2 hours are up, wash and cut potatoes into bit size pieces. Once timer goes off, add potatoes and carrots into your dutch oven and bake for an additional 90 minutes.When roast is done, remove vegetables and roast from your dutch oven. To make gravy, bring broth to a boil on stove, and in the mean time, use a blender or food processor to blend 2-3 c. vegetables until well mixed.
