1 whole wheat pita half ( w/ pocket)
few pinches low fat feta cheese
4-5 Tbs. nonfat plain yogurt
fresh or dried dill weed
cucumber chunks
red bell pepper chunks
spinach
salt, pepper


How Do I Make Greek Venison Pitas?

Here is how you make Greek Venison Pitas:

First assemble the one meat patty into two smaller ones, and stuff the middles with a few pinches of feta cheese. Close up burger so cheese is concealed. Cook the two mini patties until done. Meanwhile chop up enough cucumbers and red bell peppers are desired to fill the pita. Mix the yogurt with enough dill to resemble tzatziki sauce, add a pinch of salt and some cracked pepper. Warm pita in oven or microwave. To assemble, spread some of the sauce on the insides of the pita. Stuff with burger patties. Mix cukes, red bells and remaining sauce together and stuff pita. Add spinach if desired. Very delicious and easy to make!!* I used ground venison (deer) cause I get it for free and it's low in fat. You can use any type of meat you want, such as beef.
