Bake ham face down in water, coke, or 7up, covered with aluminum foil, in a 325 degree oven for 20 minutes per pound. The internal temperature will be 140 degrees when done. Next, when the ham is cool, remove the bone (if any) and chop up the meat. Boil the potatoes in their skins and when cool, peel and cube. Mix all ingredients together and put in greased casserole.
