1 med onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 TBS butter
2 rounded TBS whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups (9 oz) ham, cubed
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
4 oz 2% milk Velveeta, cubed

Optional Seasoning:
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp seasoned salt


How Do I Make Ham and Noodle Medley?

Here is how you make Ham and Noodle Medley:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, set aside.Melt butter over medium heat in skillet. Saute onion and celery about 5 minutes until almost tender. Whisk in salt, pepper and flour until absorbed. Slowly whisk in milk. Increase heat, stir frequently until sauce is thickened and smooth. Add velveeta.Remove from heat. Add in pasta and ham. Add additional seasonings as desired after tasting. Combine and pour into casserole dish sprayed with non-stick spray.Cover and bake 20 minutes.
