How Do I Make Ham and Provolone Omelette?

Here is how you make Ham and Provolone Omelette:

Melt butter in non stick omlette pan. Mix egg and milk in bowl until frothy. Dice ham. Place ham in pan and stir fry a few minutes. Spread ham evenly and pour egg mixture to cover bottom of pan. Add salt and pepper. Once bubbly, Puch sides of omelette in to drain egg on top of omelette to bottom of the pan. Work in a circular otion until egg is set.
