2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup fresh mushrooms, stems removed
2 slices True Story Organic Smoked Ham, chopped
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon butter



How Do I Make Ham, Parmesan and Chard Fritata?

Here is how you make Ham, Parmesan and Chard Fritata:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. To a large skillet, add 1/2 cup of water and garlic cloves. Wash chard and pat dry. Cut leaves from stems and set aside. Chop stems and place in skillet over med heat. Meanwhile, chop leaves. Once stems have softened (about 3-5 minutes) add leaves and another 1/2 cup of water. Cover with lid. Allow Chard to steam for about 5 minutes or until leaves are wilted. Remove from heat.Saute mushrooms over med heat for 3-5 minutes. If you like garlic, you can add another chopped clove to mushrooms.Place eggs in a bowl and whisk until yolks are thoroughly beaten. Grease a 9 x 9 baking dish (Pyrex or similar) with butter. Evenly spread the chard on bottom of dish, followed by mushrooms, parmesan and ham.
