1 Tbs low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp garlic salt
8 slices canned pineaple in 100% juice
2 Tbs teriyaki sauce


How Do I Make Hawaiian Hamburger?

Here is how you make Hawaiian Hamburger:

Combine first 4 ingredients with your hands in a large mixing bowl. Form 4 equal-size patties and set on a piece of wax paper. Sprinkle each patty with garlic salt evenly. Heat large skillet (sprayed with pan spray) over med-high heat. Once hot, add patties. Cook to desired doneness, flipping only once. I like about 5 minutes a side for medium well. While burgers are cooking heat the broiler and spray a piece of aluminum foil big enough to fit the pineapple slices in one layer. After arranging the slices on the sprayed foil, drizzle with teriyaki sauce evenly. Put under broiler on top of broiler pan for only a few minutes. Leave only enough time to get a sear on them, they should start to carmelize just a little (for that grilled flavor). Serve each patty with 2 slices of pineapple on top.
