How Do I Make Hamburger Risotto?

Here is how you make Hamburger Risotto:

Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain off fat.While beef is cooking, in a large pot, combine all ingredients except hamburger and rice. Stir, then add the rice in, stir again and put on a burner, medium heat.By this time the ground beef should be nearly finished. Add the beef into the pot as soon as it is done.Cook the risotto until it boils, stirring occasionally. Once the risotto is boiling turn down heat to low, and let it boil until the water is mostly gone.Turn off heat and let sit covered for 20-25.
