Makes 8 burgers, approximately 3&1/4oz each. Mix the rolled oats, dry mustard, thyme, oregano, basil, & cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Add the ground beef, egg, worcestershire sauce & ketchup. Saute the onion, garlic and mushroom just until soft. Add to the ground beef mixture. Mix well.
