6 tbsp Butter, unsalted

1 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Here is how you make Mom's Hash Brows:

If using frozen hash brown potatoes, press between paper towels to remove moisture. Press hash browns onto bottom and up sides of a 9? x 13" casserole dish to form a crust.
