Chop the remaining veg, including garlic.Prepare chicken stock.Cook:Brown the beef in olive oil in a large pot.When browned, add in everything but the tomatoes, mushrooms, and chili sauce.Cover and simmer on low-medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. After simmering for a bit, taste-test the mixture for flavour and adjust as needed.
