Brown hamburger with onion powder, garlic salt, and seasoning salt (all to taste). Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and oregono. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for atleast 30 minutes (adding water as necessary if it gets too thick).Cook macaroni per package instructions, drain.Combine sauce and noodles, top with cheese if desired.
