Here is how you make Anita's Homemade Meatballs:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.Pulse half a cup of instant oatmeal in a food processor until it is fine like breadcrumbs.Finely mince the fresh garlic cloves (about 2 tbsp minced).Chop the parsley.Beat eggs in a separate bowl prior to combining with meat.To make the meatballs, combine meat, garlic, breadcrumbs, oatmeal, Parmesan, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley, and a splash of milk in a mixing bowl.
