Preheat oven to 350 degrees2. In a large bowl knead meat, onions, and Rotel, till completely mixed together. 3.Place mixture in a loaf pan. After puting the mixture in the loaf pan, be sure to make it look like a loaf.4. Put it in the oven for 1 hour and 30 mins5. While your meatloaf is cooking, in a small bowl take the brown sugar and ketchup and mix it together, until all the lumps are out (at least most of them). This is your glaze for the top. 6.
