Dressing
1 cup fresh basil
1 cup fresh parsley
1 tblspn virgin olive oil
1 tblspns wine vinegar
1 clove garlic


How Do I Make Homemade Spaghetti Bolognese?

Here is how you make Homemade Spaghetti Bolognese:

Wash all veggies. Chop all fresh veggies into cubes. Chop bacon or ham, set aside on a separate plate. Heat oil in a heavy base pot/saucepan. Add veggies. Cook until tender.Transfer onto plate and set aside. Add mince and ham/bacon to pot, brown. Add 2 jars of pasta sauce, heat through, add cooked veggies and simmer for 1 hour without lid. Cook pasta according to packet instruction. While the pasta is cooking: Wash salad veggies .Break up cos lettuce. Slice tomatoes in half. Dice celery, toss. Pulse herbs in a blender. Add oil, vinegar, crushed garlic and pulse. Olives and crumbled fetta in separate bowls on the side.
