1 uncooked whole wheat torilla
1/4 cup lean ground beef, browned and dreained (I make 1/2 lb and save the rest for next time)
1 TBS shredded cheese
1 TBS fresh cilantro leaves
2 TBS homemade refried beans (made from green chilis and pinto beans + salt and cumin. See recipe.)
1 TBS corn and black bean salsa



How Do I Make Homemade Grilled Stuffed Burrito?

Here is how you make Homemade Grilled Stuffed Burrito:

On a flat griddle or large square frying pan, cook the tortilla on both sides until barely done. Set aside. In a frying pan, brown meat with some taco seasoning and drain.. In a small saucepan, heat up a can of pinto beans, half drained + 1/2 tiny can of green chilis. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp cumin. Warm until bubbling then use a stick blender to blend until smooth. Add 2 TBs beans to the center of the tortilla. Add meat, salsa, cheese and cilantro. Roll tight, burrito style, and hold shut with a toothpick. Then grill on each side of the burrito (you'll have to move the toothpick for the 2nd side) until lightly browned.
