Drain off fat and set meat aside. Clean pan, melt coconut oil, add chopped mushrooms, coconut aminos, and salt and pepper. Saute for about 10 minutes, until all the liquid cooks off. Meanwhile, mix broth, coconut milk and whisk in the arrowroot. Stir that into the cooked mushrooms, bring to a boil and simmer until thickened.
