Here is how you make Evelyn's Hotdish:

In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and drain drippings. Add diced onion and beef to same pan and cook until beef is browned all the way through. Add bacon back in.Stir in soup, drained beans, and drained potatoes. Heat through.
