Start with the Cheese filling*add cottage cheese eggschopped spinachoreganobasil1c. mozzarella1/2 c. Parmesanset aside...2. Now for the beefbrown in a pan and drain ... set aside3. The Sauce add 1 c. water to 2 cups Spaghetti Sauce4. Using a 9x13 inch glass dish( spray with Olive oil)then I pour some of the sauce mixture in the dish to thin coat and then I layer noodles, cheese, beef, sauce, repeating creating 3 layers of noodles and 2 layers cheese and one layer 2 layers beef. Use the remaining 2 cups of mozzarella on the top and sauce works best if you can let it sit over night.Bake at 375 covered with foil for 50-60 min.
