1 Can Refrigerated Pizza Crust Dough
4 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 lb Ground Italian Pork Sausage, browned and drained
1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Dried Basil
1 pkg Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 pkg (3 oz) sliced Pepperoni


How Do I Make Italian Loaf?

Here is how you make Italian Loaf:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll dough and cut off one-fourth of dough crosswise; set aside. Line a greased loaf pan with the large piece of dough. Moisten the dough with water at corners and press to seal. Place half of the cheese on dough in bottom of pan and top with sausage. Soon tomato sauce over sausage and sprinkle with oregano and basil. In a small bowl, combine spinach with egg and spread over tomato sauce. Top with remaining Cheese. Arrange pepperoni on top of cheese. Cover filling with remaining dough and crimp edges to seal. Cut slits in the top of the crust for steam to escape..Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until crust is well browned.
