How Do I Make Reboot of Lizzy Keema Nom Nom?

Here is how you make Reboot of Lizzy Keema Nom Nom:

Prepare all vegtables and place in separate bowls before begining. Put olive oil in pan and use a paper towel to wipe all surfaces of your large skillet. Heat pan over medium-low heat, til it just begins to smoke. Add onions cook until clear, add ginger, garlic, bruised cardamon* and red peppers, sautee while stirring for about 2 minutes and add beef. *(To bruise cardamon, place on cutting board and hit with the non sharp side of the blade a couple of times to break the shells. Do not break into tiny pieces, just break the shells a little.) Turn heat up to medium and brown beef stirring occasionally. Add all other spices, chopped tomatoes, carrots, potatos, and juice concentrate, stir well and cook until bubbly. Lower heat to medium low, put a lid on the skillet and simmer for about 15--20 mins. Stirring, every 7-10 mins. Add green beans and stir. Continue simmering with lid on for another 5-10 mins or until potatos can easily be pierced by a fork. Turn off heat, add lemon juice and stir one final time. You can serve this with rice, but I find that the potatos are enough for me. You can leave out the juice concentrate, I have a preference to have a little sweet with my spicy. The lemon juice hits all the bells and whistles on the tongue as salt and does not make it taste sour. My boyfriend who is not a fan of indian food nor vegtables loved this meal and its super filling.
