Here is how you make Kielbasa Surprise:

In large pan combine:5 large potatoes peeled and diced1 large sweet potato peeled and diced1 large onion peeled and diced1 kielbalsa package cut up into 1 serving each2 bullion cubes ( or skip this and add fat free evaporated milk and 1 cup water) *note this will change nutritonal values2 cups water Cook in oven for 30 minutes at 425 degrees or till potatoes are tender. Add 3 cups shredded cheese and cook till melted. I created this one night and my fianc? lives it, so I thought I should share. Not the healthest though!!!
