Here is how you make Baker's Lamb:

Preheat oven to 160C/Gas3. Heat 1 tsp oil in pan and brown lamb. Transfer to ovenproof dish. Add other tsp oil to pan and fry onion until soft, add tomatoes and juices, cook over high heat for further 3 -5 mins. Stir in honey, tomato puree, stock, cumin and oregano.
