After soaking for a few minutes, peel skin off tomatoes and cut tomatoes into small chunks. Place tomato chunks, ground beef, peppers, onions, pureed tomato and olive oil in a pan to cook until tomatoes are soft. Layer lasagna noodles and tomato mixture and Parmesan cheese in glass dish. Place extra cheese, yogurt and italian cheese on top of dish.
