1 cup Italian 4-cheese blend, shredded

Here is how you make HCG - Phase 3 Lasagna:

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Brown ground meat with spaghetti sauce and 2 tsp of seasoning mix. Place 1/2 zucchini rounds in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with seasoning. Top with sliced tomato, then add 1/2 of browned meat mixture. Top with 1/2 of each cheese. Layer with remaining 1/2 of zucchini rounds, sprinkle with more seasoning mix, top with remaining 1/2 of meat mixture, top with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until vegetables are tender, cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling over cheese! Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
