Here is how you make Stacey's Manicotti:

Cook , drain and cool manicotti. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain and add tomato and basil sauce. Combine egg white, basil and ricotta cheese.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cover bottom of 13x9 baking dish with half of ground beef mixture. Stuff manicotti shells with cheese mixture. Layer on ground beef mixture. Cover manicotti with remainder of ground beef mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes.
