This is a traditional Finnish dish usually made with ground pork, and finished off with the meat balls browned, then simmered in gravy. Break egg into small dish and wisk, add allspice,pepper and ketchup and mix well then add to meat mixture. Lightly squeeze the bread of the milk and add to the meat mixture. Mix well but don't over mix.Put flour into a dish, make patties of the meat mixture approx 32 1/4 C each, lightly coat with flour and fry. I usually preheat the pan, make all the patties and put them in the pan at the same time. I do not add any oil unless I feel that its required. Cook well and serve.
