1 package ground soy
5 Tbsp canola oil or spray pam or try enova
12 tortillas
12 oz can enchilada sauce
12 oz package fat free cheese

Here is how you make Mystrey meat enchiladas:

fry tortillas...i know not exatly healthy but tastes greatbrown ground beef when done add textured soy set asideopen cans of enchilada saucein 9/13 pan sprayed with pam sprayspread out a few prepared tortillaslayer meat mixturelayer some cheese layer some saucelayer some more tortillasrepeat until you run out of ingredientslas layer should be sauce toped with cheese.to make it pretty add chopped green onion.If you want to make this even better add sliced olives. I omitted due to the high oil content to fry tortillas (old lady style) + olives would be too much.Bake at 325 for about 30 minutes.
