Process for 1 minute or until smooth. (I find this releases more flavor and allows it to penetrate the meat much quicker). 3.In a small bowl, add beef and sesame garlic mixture and stir to coat evenly. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. (Can also leave in fridge over night, for a quick dinner the next day).4.Prepare grill. Remove beef from bowl and discard extra marinade. Coat the grill with low fat cooking spray then grill the beef on each side for about 1 minute or until desired doneness. (Can also cook on the stove top, if you choose this method disregard the cooking spray as the oils in the marinade are plenty to keep it from sticking -- cover and cook for 8-12 minutes or until done - stirring occasionally)tastes great with white riceMakes 4 - 3 oz servingsNumber of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user PLROTT2.What's The Nutritional Info For Bulgogi / Korean meat, low cal version? The nutritional information for Bulgogi / Korean meat, low cal version is:
