Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
Garlic, 1 clove
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Oregano, ground, 1/2 tsp
Basil, .1/2 tsp

Here is how you make Passover Lasagne - Meat:

Brown the ground beef and remove from heat.Slice mushrooms and saute them in water. Remove mushrooms from heat.Add spices to tomato sauce to season.In a 16 x8 baking dish, cover the bottom with tomato sauce. Soak 1 1/2 sheets of matzo in broth to soften. Then alternate layers of softened matzo (1 1/2 sheets) with ground beef, mushrooms and sauce. End with matzo on top. Bake in oven with other foods. Since food is pre-cooked you can just heat it up.
