3 cups Quaker Quick Cook (1 minute) Oats (Dry)
1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen chopped onion
3 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 Cup Hunt's Ketchup
5 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
2-3 tsp Kosher Salt or 1 - 1 1/2 table salt
1 tsp Coarse Ground Pepper or 1/2 tsp gound pepper (can)
1 1/4 tsp garlic powder
5 tsp Worchestershire Sauce

Topping

1 cup Hunt's Ketchup
1/4 cup French's Classic Yellow Mustard
1 cup Brown Sugar (can use splenda brand if you like)

Here is how you make Aunt T's Meat Loaf:

In large bowl mix all ingredients except for topping try not to over mix since it will make meat loaf tough.Form into loaf for 9x11 pan or split and place in 2 loaf pans, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. While baking mix topping in bowl and during the last 15 minutes drain off excess fat and put topping on meat loaf and bake for the remaining 15 minutes. Let rest for 10-15 minutes and slice into 3/4 - 1 inch slices and serve.Serving Size:?Makes 15 - 1 inch slices
