1 lb. Ground Beef, extra lean
1 Egg White
1/2 c. chopped Green Pepper
1/4 c. chopped Onion
1/2 c. (12 squares) crushed Saltine Crackers, fat free
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, low fat
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1/3 c. (5 tbls.) Ketchup


How Do I Make Betty's Marvelous Meat Loaf?

Here is how you make Betty's Marvelous Meat Loaf:

Mix Ground Turkey and Ground Beef in medium size bowl. Chop and measure Green Pepper, Onion and Cheddar Cheese. Add to Meat mixture. Add 1 Egg White, crushed Saltine Crackers and Black Pepper and mix well. Form into an oval and place in small roasting pan. Make indention in center, leaving a lip around edge. Pour and spread ketchup on top of the meat loaf. Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
