Step 1.In a large bowl combine ketchup, tomato juice, salt, pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, onions, & mustard. Mix until thoroughly blended.Step 2. Add ground beef. Mix gently, but thoroughly until completely blended. Step 3. Get a 9x13 cake pan & press in beef mixture.Step4.In a seperate bowl combine the topping ingredients, mixing well.
