Here is how you make Fantastic Low-Calorie Gourmet Meat Loaf:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and refrigerate hard boiled eggs. Place ground sirloin in a large mixing bowl. Add crushed garlic, Sunny Paris (or any other strongly flavored, salt-free seasoning), ketchup (organic recommended for stronger flavor), and breadcrumbs. Break one large fresh egg over everything and mix thoroughly. Press 1/2 of the mixture into a standard Pyrex glass loaf pan. (You can spray the loaf pan with canola-oil spray first, if you want to be able to remove the meat loaf more easily.) Set the hard boiled eggs, either whole or sliced in half, on top of the layer of ground sirloin mixture. (Whole eggs make a fun presentation when the meat loaf is sliced.) Press the remainder of the ground sirloin mixture on top to completely cover the eggs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove, cool slightly, slice and serve.Makes 8 servings of 1/2 inch slices.
