2 cubes beef bullion or bullion granules equal to 2 cubes

Here is how you make Hal's Meat Loaf:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a small pan heat the oil and saute onion and garlic until onion is transparent. let cool while preparing other ingredients for meatloaf.In a large bowl add ground beef, black pepper, oatmeal, milk, grated carrots, egg, 1/4 cup catsup, beef bullion and sauted onion and garlic mix. Mix together.Place meat mixture in a cake pan lined with foil and sprayed with olive oil to prevent sticking. Form mixtue into a loaf then spread catsup on top of meat loaf.
