2 large eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
12 saltine cracker squares crumbled finely

Here is how you make Joan's meat loaf:

Makes 6 servings Mix all ingredients except catsup together with your hands very well. Make a round ball. Place ball on top of rack with very close together holes. Place rack on top of a dutch oven with a little water in the bottom. We use another same size dutch oven on top as lid. Before putting on lid, spread catsup on top of meatloaf. We steam on top of the stove for 2 1/2 hrs on low heat. I am sure there is some other kind of pan you can use, this is just our invention. The rack should fit inside so you can steam meat to lose as much fat as possible.
