1 1/2 pounds ground beef, lamp or pork
1/4 cup catsup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard

1. In a bowl compbine eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Add meat; mix well. Lightly pat mixture into an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan. (if you use a loaf pan cook time is 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes. I use a baking pan and mold the hamburg around the sides leaving a rectacle empty in the middle. This way cooks faster and more evenly! This way takes about 45 minutes.)2. Back in a 350 oven for times stated above. Or until internal temperature registers 160F. Sppon off fat. In a bowl combine catsup, brown sugar, and mustard; spread over meat. Bake for 10 minutes. Let Stnad for 10 Minutes before serving.Number of Servings: 8
