1 - large Egg slightly beaten
1/3 cup- Ketchup

How Do I Make Maple-Glazed Meat Loaf?

Here is how you make Maple-Glazed Meat Loaf:

Preheat oven to 350 deg. In large bowl dissolve beef bouillon in hot water. Add remaining meat loaf ingredients- mix well. Put mixture into 8x4 loaf pan or 12x8 (2 quart) glass baking dish. Bake for 1 1/4 hours or until beef is thoroughly cooked in center. Remove from oven.In small bowl combine glaze ingredients. Brush over top of meatloaf with glaze. Let stand covered for 5-10 mints.
