Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours for the flavors to fully meld. (HOWEVER, I have cooked it right away and it is still delicious.) Bake meat loaf uncovered in 350 degree oven 1 1/2 hours. Top with catsup. 6 servingsSTEP TWO - MAKING THE MEATBALLS: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spoon remaining beef mixture into ungreased jelly roll pan. 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch; pat into oblong shape, about 10x6 inches. Cut oblong into 1-inch squares; separate squares. Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Divide squares between two 1-quart freezer containers.
