1 lb extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1cup bread crumbs
1 large egg
1/4 cup grated parmesan
dash of pepper
1tsp ground oregano
1/2 tbsp dried cilantro
1/2 cup raw chopped onions
3 cloves minced garlic
3 servings Oscar Mayer deli ham (or any deli sliced ham)

How Do I Make Mozzarella Meat Loaf?

Here is how you make Mozzarella Meat Loaf:

Combine ground beef, tomato sauce, bread crumbs, egg, parmesan, pepper, oregano, cilantro, minced onions and minced garlic. Place on tin foil and form into a flat inch thick rectangle. Place ham slices on top. Top ham with 1/2 of mozzarella cheese. Roll into a log and place in a meat loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove and top with remainder of mozzarella.
