Preheat oven to 350. Combine puree, broth, water, spices, garlic and salt in small sauce pan, simmer 15 minutes. Set aside.Mix remaining ingrediants, and add 1/2 cup of tomato mixture in a large bowl. Mix well. Shape into loaf, and place into ungreased 8x4 loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes. Discard any drippings. Pour 1/2 cup of tomato mixture onto loaf- bake another 15 minutes.Place on serving platter. Cool 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining tomato sauce on the side.
