Mix all the ingredients except 2nd 4 tablespoons of ketchup and brown sugar . shape into a loaf and place in a meat loaf pan with a draining pan . Bake for 30 minutes at 375 then remove from oven; mix 4 tablespoons ketchup and1/3 cup brown sugar together and put half of mixture on top of meatloaf.Return to oven and cook until done.when meat thermometer registers appropriate temp for ground beef . when done remove to platter .Let cool for 5 minutes and slice. Use remaining ketchup mixture as topping as desired
